JRLBDP launches the Black Belt Development Process

The John Robert Lewis Black Belt Development Process formally launched this season, naming its first cohort of partners and announcing a multi-year framework for community investment.

Rooted in the REACH values — Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Compassion, and Honor — the Process centers neighbor-led design, programmatic transparency, and durable economic outcomes.

Field offices in Selma, Marion, and surrounding counties open this quarter. Programmatic briefings will be carried on JRLBDP On Demand and Radio.
